Um...Shouldn't "Your Best Life Now" (Osteen), and "Purpose Drivel ('scuse me - Driven) Life" (Warren) be on the list?

I second Timothy's recommendations. Osteen and Warren are just as criminal in their handlign of the truth as Riplinger, Finney and Bryson

I think we should come up with our own list. It'll prolly have to be top 100 worst, b/c there are several books that are equally wrong :D

Extremely good idea. If I come up with some I will send the titles.

It is really hard to stomach much of what are on the selves of every local "christian" bookstore. May God raise up a multitude of writers that stand for truth without compromise and send us reformation and revival in our day!! There is no doubt a lot of JUNK out there trying to pass as "christian".

Another thing I want to mention. I notice a lot of Calvinists out there, especially on MySpace, who list in their favorite books some real liberal and Arminian authors. This tolerance and promotion is part of the cause of the down fall and apostacy that is taking place today. Is it that they are not instructed by their pastors? Or do they even recognize the difference? Has anybody noticed these things too?
