About Me:

I am not noted for being brief but here goes: I have been a Christian since I was 19 (saved in the living room of a catholic family in Sedro Wooley). I have some theological training but currently do not pastor. My darling Kay has been my wife, my only one, for 34 years. Three children, nine grandchildren, and the promise of more to come have already illustrated God's blessings to me of Psalm 128. I write as a hobby. I shoot as a passion (IDPA, CMP, Steel Challenge--and soon IPSC and 3 gun I hope), nothing against hunting, I just enjoy pressing the trigger.

All that clean unused expanse of perfectly good space--and I wasn't supposed to see it as an endless canvas? Anyway to the subject: the little girl in my slideshow is my granddaughter Faith. She is my only son's only child (so far). When her daddy was in basic training, she grabbed his picture one day and kissed it. We had a camera handy. At night, she would not sleep unless her hand was on her daddy's picture. Of all the things beyond salvation that a father could wish for his son, that I believe is one of the greatest blessings. My children love me. It has always been my desire to see that my children's children would love them. Faith loves her daddy fiercely and it warms my heart and thrills my soul. We made a poster of one of the pics and entered it into the Mobuck.com gallery. At times it reaches the top spot. We entered it in the inspirational segment, but if you go there, you will find that people have different ideas as to what is inspirational (You've been warned). Anyway, thanks for listening and I hope that little Faith and her love for her father can warm your heart too.
